He has an extensive and diverse professional skill set which includes integrated development facilitation and management, investment opportunity identification and implementation, feasibility (due diligence) assessments, legal and regulatory compliance, professional team coordination, client liaison, and the optimisation .of interrelationships amongst all relevant project stakeholders. His clients comprise a wide range of landowners and land rights’ holders, developers, investors, and funders in respect of a variety of project types, including established institutions such as the European Union and the World Bank.

With over 25 years of relevant experience in sub-Saharan Africa, Karl is well-placed to lead the company and its professional team in ensuring the delivery of a multi-disciplinary, professional, reliable and accountable service to its clients.

Novashni is an accomplished Environmental Scientist and Environmental Assessment Practitioner with over sixteen years of professional experience in the field of Environmental Management. Her expertise embrace a comprehensive range of Integrated Environmental Management tools. These include the undertaking of multi-purpose environmental impact assessments and submissions for the securing of a variety of statutory and regulatory development authorisations and approvals. She has successfully led and contributed to diverse projects across sectors such as mixed-use developments, water uses, water treatment, energy infrastructure, strategic regional planning, and linear infrastructure developments.

Shian has a doctorate in engineering and is associated as an independent, external review and advisory specialist. He has over twenty years of extensive experience in the delivery of a wide variety of
engineering-based infrastructure projects throughout Africa, with a specific focus on sustainable infrastructure development and green design solutions, including greener civil engineering infrastructure, provincial roads and human settlements projects.

Craig is a professional land surveyor, registered with the South African Geomatics Council. His work experience covers a broad spectrum of projects from engineering, GIS and remote sensing to cadastral and land rights assessments and analysis. He has worked extensively on conservation projects and commercial developments throughout Africa.

Phumlani has specific skills and experience in spatial and regional planning, renewable energy and GIS. His experience includes human settlement development, geo-informatics remote sensing, GIS data capturing, analysis and manipulation, and geo-database management. His progression in the industry of renewable energy includes a developing focus on solar, biomass, geothermal, wind and hydropower energy.

Bob is a geologist with over 40 years of practical experience in all aspects of geological project management, more especially planning and the hands-on control of field-based geological exploration programmes, including geo-auditing and skills transfer. He has worked successfully with, and supervised diverse groups of professionals, ranging from junior geologists and technicians to teams of high-level professionals involved in due diligence and Competent Persons Reports for high-value financial decision-making.
